Welcome to RAWFACE Skin! The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to RAWFACE Skin. RAWFACE Skin operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). RAWFACE Skin is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. Please read them carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights, including warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.

By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use or access our Services.

We sell exclusively to customers in the United States and Canada. Orders placed from outside these countries will not be accepted.

Section 1 – Access and Account

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and that you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own, purchase, or manage.

To use the Services — including browsing our store or purchasing products — you may be asked to provide information such as your email address, billing, payment, and shipping details. You represent and warrant that all information you provide is correct, current, and complete, and that you have all rights necessary to provide it.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity on your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person.

Section 2 – Our Products

RAWFACE Skin currently offers two products:

  • Wagyu Tallow Balm — a small-batch, 100% natural skin balm made in Alberta, Canada.
  • RAWFACE Hoodie — available in a range of sizes.

We have made every effort to accurately represent our products on this website. However, colors or product appearance may differ from how they appear on your screen depending on your device and display settings. We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any product will meet your expectations or match exactly what is depicted in our store.

All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit the quantities available to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

Section 3 – Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. RAWFACE Skin reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until RAWFACE Skin confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.

Please review your order carefully before submitting. RAWFACE Skin may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. If we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.

Returns and exchanges are subject to our Refund & Return Policy. You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

Section 4 – Prices and Billing

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed, as set out in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, or handling charges.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and account information for all purchases. You agree to promptly update your account information — including your email address and credit card details — so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

You represent and warrant that: (i) the credit card information you provide is true, correct, and complete; (ii) you are authorized to use the credit card for the purchase; (iii) charges incurred will be honored by your credit card company; and (iv) you will pay all charges incurred, including shipping and applicable taxes.

Section 5 – Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses in the United States and Canada only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer your order to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

Free shipping is available on orders over $75 CAD (Canada) or the equivalent USD threshold where applicable. Shipping thresholds and rates are subject to change.

Section 6 – Intellectual Property

All content on our Services — including but not limited to trademarks, brands, text, images, graphics, product descriptions, video, and audio — is owned by RAWFACE Skin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms permit you to use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Services without our prior written consent.

RAWFACE Skin's name, logo, product names, and slogans are trademarks of RAWFACE Skin. You must not use them without our prior written permission. Shopify's name, logo, and trademarks are the property of Shopify Inc. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Section 7 – Optional Tools

You may be provided with access to tools offered by third parties as part of the Services. We do not monitor or control these tools and provide access to them "as is" and "as available" without any warranties or endorsement. We are not liable for any issues arising from your use of third-party tools. Use of any such tools is at your own risk.

Section 8 – Third-Party Links

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of any third-party sites and are not liable for any harm or damages related to your use of them. Please review the policies of any third-party site before engaging in any transaction.

Section 9 – Relationship with Shopify

RAWFACE Skin is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. All sales and purchases are made directly with RAWFACE Skin. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any transaction between you and RAWFACE Skin, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases from RAWFACE Skin.

Section 10 – Privacy Policy

All personal information we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. We collect your personal information solely to operate RAWFACE Skin and fulfill your orders. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes. Certain information may also be subject to Shopify's Privacy Policy as our platform provider.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

ection 11 – Feedback and Reviews

If you submit any ideas, suggestions, feedback, or reviews ("Feedback"), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such Feedback in any medium for any purpose, including to improve and promote the Services.

You represent that: (i) you own or have all necessary rights to your Feedback; (ii) you have disclosed any compensation or incentives received in connection with your submission; and (iii) your Feedback complies with these Terms. We are under no obligation to maintain Feedback in confidence, pay compensation for it, or respond to it.

We may remove Feedback that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. You are solely responsible for any Feedback you submit and its accuracy.

Section 12 – Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions

Occasionally information on our Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate, at any time without prior notice.

You may use the Services for lawful purposes only. You may not use the Services:

  • To violate any applicable federal, provincial, state, or local laws or regulations.
  • To infringe upon the intellectual property rights of RAWFACE Skin or any third party.

  • To upload or transmit viruses, malicious code, or any other harmful material.
  • To reproduce, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Services.

  • To use any automated means, robots, scrapers, AI tools, or agentic software to access the Services without our express written consent.
  • To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if we determine you have violated any part of these Terms.

Section 14 – Automated Agents

This section applies if you use, allow, or enable any automated software or agent ("Agent") to access or interact with the Services. No Agent may access the Services without identifying itself in all HTTP/HTTPS requests and operating in strict accordance with our requirements. Agents must not mimic human behavior, circumvent CAPTCHAs, or conceal their automated nature. We may limit or block Agent access by technical or other means at our sole discretion.

Section 15 – Termination

We may terminate these Terms or your access to the Services at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. You will remain liable for all amounts owing up to the date of termination. Sections relating to Intellectual Property, Feedback, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law, and Privacy will survive any termination.

Section 16 – Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES AND ALL PRODUCTS OFFERED THROUGH THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATION, WARRANTIES, OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, DURABILITY, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE DISCLAIMER MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU IN FULL.

Section 17 – Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RAWFACE SKIN, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR REPLACEMENT COSTS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Section 18 – Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RAWFACE Skin, Shopify, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities, or claims — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of: (1) your breach of these Terms; (2) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; or (3) your use of the Services.

Section 19 – Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the remainder of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.

Section 20 – Waiver; Entire Agreement

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Return Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and RAWFACE Skin regarding use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Section 21 – Assignment

You may not transfer or assign these Terms or any of your rights under them without our prior written consent. We may transfer or assign these Terms without your consent or notice.

Section 22 – Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. For customers in the United States, to the extent required by applicable law, disputes may also be subject to the laws of your state of residence. You and RAWFACE Skin consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta, Canada for the resolution of any disputes.

Section 23 – Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes in accordance with applicable law. Your continued use of the Services after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. You can review the most current version of these Terms at any time on this page.
