Refund policy
At RAWFACE Skin, we stand behind everything we make. We currently offer two products — our Wagyu Tallow Balm and our RAWFACE Hoodie — and each has its own policy below to make things as clear and simple as possible. We ship to customers in the United States and Canada only.
Wagyu Tallow Balm — 15-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We're confident you'll love our Wagyu Tallow Balm. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 15-day money-back guarantee from the date you receive your order.
To request a refund:
- Email us at michael@rawfaceskin.ca within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Let us know what the issue was — we'd love the feedback so we can keep improving.
- We'll provide a return shipping address and instructions. Please send the balm back to us so our in-house quality control team can inspect it and understand what went wrong — this helps us continuously improve our product.
- Once we receive and review your return, we'll process your refund.
Once your return is received and your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you haven't seen it, please contact us.
Please note: The money-back guarantee applies to your first purchase of the Wagyu Tallow Balm and is intended for customers who genuinely try the product and are unsatisfied with their results. Please do not send the balm back without contacting us first.
RAWFACE Hoodie — Size Exchange Policy
We want you to love your hoodie. If it doesn't fit, we'll make it right with a free size exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
To request a size exchange:
- Email us at michael@rawfaceskin.ca with your order number and the size you need.
- Ship the hoodie back to us in its original packaging, unworn and unwashed.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll ship out the correct size at no extra charge.
We'll provide a return shipping address when you contact us. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as we may not be able to process your exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your hoodie must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In its original packaging
- Free of odors, stains, or damage
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at michael@rawfaceskin.ca with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll evaluate the situation and make it right as quickly as possible — at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Wagyu Tallow Balm after the 15-day money-back guarantee window has passed.
- Hoodies that have been worn, washed, or are not in their original condition.
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are final sale and not eligible for exchange or refund, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Gift cards.
Refund Processing
Once your refund is approved, you'll be notified by email. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider. If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days from approval, please reach out to us at michael@rawfaceskin.ca.
