Thank you for shopping with RAWFACE Skin. We are committed to processing and delivering your order as efficiently as possible.

US & CANADA SHIPPING

RAWFACE is currently available only in Canada and the United States, and we keep it simple:

SHIPPING IS ALWAYS FREE.

Every order. Every time.

Each jar is packed by hand and shipped with care. Once your order is on the way, you’ll receive your tracking details so you can follow it right to your door.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically fulfilled and delivered within 2–9 business days, depending on the customer's location. Processing times may vary based on order volume and destination.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed.


DELAYS AND LOST PACKAGES

RAWFACE Skin is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information during checkout.

We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damaged packaging and products.

We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.
